Customers are only sent return labels on defective products. Other situations may apply based on our discretion.

All items that are are non-defective returns must be returned in the condition they were sent out in, new and unopened.
Base restocking fee is 15% and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in original manufacturers packaging. We are not responsible for packages damaged/lost in the return process. Please use insured ground service on all returns.
No. We cannot take partial returns as these items cannot be sold as new.
You have 30 days from the RMA to return the item.
If the item is defective, we will check the serial number to verify. If the serial number was on the original packaging and not the item, we cannot take the return.

Orders
Shipping address may be changed on a case by case basis. Generally speaking, for the buyers safety, we will not change shipping addresses after the order is placed. We would have to have the buyer place a new order to insure the order.
Pre-order items will be shipped out the day they are received at our facilities. For more information, please call us at 877-779-8964.
We recommend placing a new order. Adding an item will take longer than placing a new order for another item.
Anything shipped with a value over $100 will require a signature to be received. Our carriers will allow customers to contact them with the tracking information and give consent for the package to be left. The customer then takes full responsibility of the packages whereabouts.

Items can be purchased online or in store. If the order is online and picked up in store the customer must show the credit card used. If a driver is sent, we will take a photocopy of the drivers license and have him sign your receipt on your behalf.
