Sonance Hybrid Input Module (HIM) for MKII Amplifiers

The Sonance Hybrid Input Module (HIM) is a key accessory designed for MKII or earlier Sonance amplifiers. This input card allows integration with legacy systems, providing a seamless connection to enhance audio performance. Please note, this module is not compatible with MKIII amplifiers. With this module, users can continue to enjoy exceptional sound quality from older Sonance systems, ensuring reliability and superior functionality for audio setups.

The HIM module features both Toslink and Coaxial Digital Inputs, each providing a buffered loop output. These connections allow for the sharing of audio signals across multiple amplifiers. When using the Toslink input, only the Toslink loop output will function, and similarly for the Coaxial input. Both inputs support bitstream audio signals with a bit rate of 16-24 bits and a sampling frequency of 44.1-96kHz. Dolby and DTS 5.1/7.1 signals cannot be decoded. Simple setup is required with no special settings needed in the Sonarc software.
