Not happy with your AVLGEAR purchase? No worries! We're confident you'll love your purchase, but for your peace of mind, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. See details below for a smooth return process.

  • Items are eligible for return within a 30-day window from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in their original packaging.
  • All materials, original labels, and items must be intact and included with the returned item.
  • The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item and deducted from the refund amount.
  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within the 30-day return window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. (do not use original packaging to ship)
  3. For high value items, we recommend that the package is insured in case the item is damaged during transit.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a manufacture defect. We recommend you to send the returning package via insured ground service with a tracking number. AVLGEAR will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in route to us.


Defective items will be eligible for a full refund if the defect is found or can be replicated upon inspection.

  • Upon receiving the return we inspect the condition of the packaging and its contents within 1-2 business days.
  • Refunds will usually be issued within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable


  • No restocking fee will be charged when you opt for store credit in the form of digital gift card. Eligible on unused/brand new returns only.
  • Items returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging) will be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee.
  • Items returned with missing contents, signs of use, or damage may incur restocking fees of up to 50%, depending on the extent of the wear or damage.
  • Items returned in a condition that cannot be resold may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


The following includes but are not limited to items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made to order
  • Customized Items
  • Software
  • Final sale items and clearance merchandise are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged.
