Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes an order needs to be canceled. Due to our commitment to fast processing and fulfillment, cancellation requests are highly time-sensitive and are not always guaranteed. Please review the policies below based on the type of product you have ordered.

Cancellation of Standard Orders (Non-Special Order Items)

To request a cancellation for a standard item that is not a Special Order, Customized, or Made to Order product, you must contact our Customer Service team immediately at support@avlgear.com or call 877-779-8964.
While we will do our best to honor your request, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed by our warehouse, is prepared for shipping, or has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a standard return upon delivery, subject to the terms of our Return Policy, including any applicable restocking fees.

Non-Cancellable and Special Order Items

The following items are considered final sale upon order placement and cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged:

  • Special Order Items
  • Made to Order Items
  • Customized Items
  • Software
  • Parts
  • Glass, bulbs, liquids, or non-resealable products
  • Harmonicas
  • Final sale items and clearance merchandise
Commitment Policy for Special Order Items

Some products, particularly those designated as "Special Order Items" (including but not limited to items sourced from specific distributors), require an immediate, non-reversible commitment from us to our suppliers once you place your order.
Due to this commitment, Special Order Items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, regardless of whether the item has shipped.
This policy is necessary to prevent AVLGEAR from being financially liable for products that cannot be returned to the manufacturer or distributor.

Please ensure your order details are final before purchasing any item marked as Special Order.

Refunds for Successfully Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the item ships, a full refund for the product and original shipping charges (if any were paid) will be processed back to your original form of payment.
Refunds are usually issued within 2–3 business days of the cancellation approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
