Liberty AV HALO-HCPM Plenum High‐Speed HDMI Active Optical Cable

The Liberty AV HALO-HCPM Plenum High‐Speed HDMI Active Optical Cable is designed to extend HDCP compliant HDMI® signals using a plenum-rated, Active Optical hybrid cable assembly. By incorporating active circuitry within the HDMI connectors, this cable can transmit HDMI signals, supporting video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz (18.0Gbps), across fixed length cables ranging from 5 to 30 meters. As a hybrid fiber optic cable, the HALO‐HCP is impervious to electromagnetic (EM) and radio frequency (RF) interference, safeguarding signal integrity while ensuring non-interference with other electronic equipment.

Featuring copper components with ultra-low capacitance, this cable enhances EDID/DDC communications, thereby mitigating interoperability issues commonly encountered with other HDMI AOC cables. Liberty's new Space-themed series introduces enhanced features throughout its product lines. The HALO‐HCP series showcases Liberty’s High Retention L‐Grip design, offering three times the standard retention strength. To facilitate easy identification, cable heads are imprinted with bandwidth and length details.

Additionally, each HALO‐HCP package includes Orbit ID rings for color-coding connectivity, ensuring efficient installation. Notably, the HALO‐HCP series is designed as a directional cable, featuring triple markings to prevent incorrect plugging. Distinguished by different colored heads, labeled as Source and Display, and a prominent yellow label on the Display side, these markings are strategically incorporated to prevent reverse connections.
