Introducing the NDI HD Mini - Science Image's first HD, full NDI bidirectional codec. It supports up to 3G-SDI and HDMI 4K30 with SMPTE input, accurately restoring the color and clarity of the original image. The NDI HD Mini is a versatile encoder/decoder with a one-key switch that supports full NDI encoding and decoding, has a low latency and broadcast-grade metrics, integrated TALLY, audio embed/unembed, and call capabilities. It provides flexibility and convenience to your team to quickly build an IP broadcast-grade studio with high efficiency and low cost.
The NDI HD Mini has a 1.3ā OLED that displays all working status, such as encoding or decoding, signal, format, network, input/output, optical transmit or receive, and more. It is a full NDI encoder or decoder that can be flexibly deployed in the front end or display/control terminal according to different scenarios in the field. While NDI works, it is also an SDI/HDMI Bi-Directional converter, reducing system costs and providing a quick response.
This device supports NDI 5.5 functions, the application of NDI 5 features, and the tool set, giving full play to the remote advantages of NDI 5. It is compatible with multiple sampling formats (444,422,420) and supports 12G-SDI/HDMI 2.0 and SMPTE/ITU international broadcast standard formats. It also supports SMPTE video sources and is open to most software and browsers, truly plug and play.
The NDI HD Mini adopts Xilinx FPGA SOC hardware, internal design, and embedded Linux system to ensure the program runs stably, not influenced by the external complex environment. It meets industrial standards, which ensure it works durably and reliably.
