SDI is the professional choice for any high end camera or digital video feed, where only the highest quality video is of the utmost importance. The key functionality of the low latency encoding process has been able to upgrade any headend to provide live ultra-fast HD video distribution throughout any infrastructure. Reaching encoding times as low as 70ms up to 250ms is everything you need for a PRO-DVB encoder used with live Camera feeds. This encoder modulator will input 1, 2, or 4 channels of any SD/HD-SDI feed and produce a QAM, ASI, or IPTV stream for any distribution or contribution feed. Currently being used in dozens of professional and collegiate stadiums and arenas; this multi-channel SDI unit is a low cost powerhouse that has been lauded as a game changer with its impeccable encoding picture quality. This dynamic unit can be just an encoder, a modulator, an IPTV server, or all 3 at once. The SDI-QAM unit will output in MPEG-2 or H.264 for easy distribution to any location in 720p, 1080i, or 1080p60. Combining channels or stacking units is easy with RF inputs and outputs on every unit, including a DVB-ASI input and output for headend contribution.
