The kit includes a 2×1 wall-plate switcher with one HDMI input and one VGA input (with audio) which transmits signals up to 230 ft (70 m) over category cable, and a receiver/scaler that extends audio-video and control from the transmitter. Together they provide automatic input selection, display control, and reliable long-distance signal distribution.
