The Lockout Kit creates a solid platform for heavier cameras and configurations. The Lockout Kit eliminates the dampening effect which is designed into the Scorpion and Scorpion EX. This is achieved by connecting the camera's built in flash shoe to the bottom of the Scorpion's handle. This eliminates the dampening action,allowing you to attach heavier accessories for an endless variety of configurations. Primarily designed to work with DSLR and Mirrorless cameras, the Lockout Kit will also work with many video cameras.
