Streamlining Deity TC-1 Timecode Box Mounting with a Lightweight and Multifunctional Design
Deity has made accurate timecodes available to everyone, and their TC-1 timecode box has become a must-have for us on set. However, mounting it can be difficult, as the built-in Hook-and-Loop pads can be insufficient when moving around. We've searched the market but weren't satisfied with any of the mounting options available, so we designed our own.
Our super lightweight, 1.2oz mount is compact, multifunctional, and honors Deity's features. The fully CNC'd aluminum enclosure holds the Deity TC-1 timecode box securely in place while keeping every LED indicator, button, port, and screen visible. The mount also has an ideally placed 1/4 20 base mount for cable management, such as the KONDOR BLUE Mondo Ties.
Mounting the Deity TC-1 timecode box is now a breeze with multiple options available. We embedded our Mini QR plate to keep the design as slim as possible. There's also a mounting slot that comes with two custom low-profile 1/4 20s, which can be mounted to almost any cage configuration. Additionally, there's a lanyard loop machined for additional mounting/storage options.
If you've lost a TC-1 on set or struggled to find an open spot on your kit to adhere to the velcro patch, then our mount is the solution you've been looking for.
