The DZOFilm VESPID 12 mm T2.8 is an ultra-wide cine prime delivering a dramatic 126° diagonal field of view on Vista-Vision and full-frame sensors. Its compact 2.83″ barrel and 80 mm front diameter make it ideal for gimbal, drone, and handheld use, while the constant T2.8 aperture and 10-blade iris ensure smooth bokeh and consistent exposure.
Engineered with 15 elements in 10 groups—including two asphericals—for edge-to-edge sharpness and controlled coma, the VESPID produces authentic, high-contrast images. A minimum focus distance of 8″ (0.20 m), 270° focus throw, and 75° iris throw offer precise manual control for creative close-ups and sweeping wide-angle shots.
