With switchable moving coil and moving magnet modes, the Precision Phono Pre supports low output MC cartridges while maintaining compatibility with standard MM designs. Moving coil input loading is switchable between 25 and 100 ohms for additional sonic flexibility, and variable gain supports proper gain staging. It also includes a switchable low cut rumble filter to help eliminate unwanted resonance.
