The AtlasIED 407‑15 is a professional-grade desktop cabinet engineered for compact, secure mounting of 19″ rack equipment in office, broadcast, or control-room environments. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge cold-rolled steel with all-welded seams, this 7 RU unit combines strength and portability. The unit includes a locking rear door with spring-loaded hinge and internal louvered side vents for passive cooling.
This model comes fully assembled and includes a pair of 11‑gauge tapped mounting rails (10‑32), 5/8″–5/8″–1/2″ EIA panel spacing, and thoughtful access features—such as cable routing panels beneath the rear door and optional front surface door (SFD407). The offset rail design and robust guide rails ensure stable mounting even under load.
