The Atlas Sound DR Series projector horns are multi-purpose reflex sound horns designed to provide high intelligibility sound distribution and reliable voice and signal applications. These horns accept all standard high-efficiency compression drivers with 1 3/8"-18 male threads and feature an exponentially-flared design for uniform sound distribution. Constructed from weatherproof, all-metal materials, they are suitable for year-round use in demanding environments.
With over sixty years of proven capability, DR Series double re-entrant horns are ideal for recreational, commercial, and industrial settings including sports facilities, amusement parks, warehouses, factories, military sites, and transportation terminals. When paired with Atlas Sound PD or SD Series compression drivers, they ensure clear audio transmission over long distances and through high background noise levels. The integral U-type steel mounting bracket allows for flexible directional aiming and easy installation.
