The AtlasIED FD Series offers cost-effective, high-performance 8-Inch in-ceiling speaker assemblies designed for commercial audio systems such as paging, background music (BGM), and general announcements. Each model in the FD series features a treated paper cone, 1-Inch voice coil, and comes pre-installed on a 62-8 style baffle with a durable white screw-type grille for a clean, finished appearance.
Choose from four transformer configurations to suit your system requirements: the FD25W with a 25V transformer, the FD70W with a 70.7V transformer, the FD72W with a dual 25V/70V transformer, or the FD72W-HC which includes Hyfidrophobicâ„¢ treatment for added protection in humid or moisture-prone environments. Regardless of the model, each unit offers broad 105-Degree dispersion and high sensitivity for excellent voice and music reproduction in commercial environments.
These all-in-one assemblies are designed for compatibility with standard tile bridges, plaster rings, and enclosures, making them an ideal choice for streamlined installations in offices, schools, hospitality venues, retail spaces, and more.
