The Aurora VPX-TC1-Pro 4K60 1Gbps AV over IP Transceiver sends video, audio, USB, serial, IR, and control over standard Ethernet. AV over IP means audio/video routing across a network, and this unit supports 4K60 4:4:4 transmission with ultra-low 1.78 ms latency.

Use it as an encoder or decoder for conference rooms, classrooms, digital signage, residential AV, and corporate presentation systems. When configured as a transmitter, the two HDMI inputs act as a source switch and the HDMI output can serve as a loop output. As a receiver, it can select local HDMI inputs or an IP source.

Aurora’s Mimix codec supports compression at 13:1 while preserving detailed 4K imagery over 1G infrastructure. The VPX-TC1-Pro also adds AES 256 encryption, 802.1x, HTTPS, SSH, integrated web setup, USB 2.0 device support, AES67, and an optional Dante 2-channel audio license.
