Designed in the industry-standard Mini-YGDAI (MY) format, this essential expansion card plugs directly into a compatible Yamaha console's MY slot, instantly creating a powerful, low-latency monitor mixing or audio distribution system without the need for bulky analog I/O.
This card streams up to 16 channels of 24-bit digital audio via a single, standard Cat-5e cable using the reliable Pro16 A-Net protocol. By converting the console's internal signal to Aviomās digital format, the Y1 Card eliminates conversion losses and simplifies system setup. Configuration is managed entirely from the Yamaha console's user interface, allowing the engineer to easily assign any combination of channels, aux sends, groups, or sub-mixes to the monitoring network as needed.
The Aviom16/o-Y1 simplifies your audio path, reduces cable clutter, and ensures a pristine, all-digital signal from the console to all Aviom Pro16 personal mixers (A640, A360, A320, etc.). For large-scale productions, multiple Y1 cards can be combined using an optional SB4 System Bridge and D800/D800-Dante Distributor to support up to 64 sources.
