Description
Behringer BQ-10 Analog CV Sequencer Module
Behringer BQ-10 is an analog control voltage sequencer designed for modular synthesizer systems and Eurorack environments. It enables step-based voltage sequencing for musicians and sound designers working with modular synthesis workflows. This makes it ideal for modular setups where precise timing control and voltage modulation are critical.
The sequencer generates control voltages and trigger signals across multiple channels that can be routed to oscillators, filters, and other modules in a modular synthesizer system. Internal clock generation and external synchronization allow the module to integrate with other analog modules or MIDI-based equipment. Voltage and trigger routing provide flexible control of connected synthesizer components.
This configuration supports modular performance systems, studio sound design, and experimental electronic music production. Users can create repeating patterns, evolving modulation sequences, and synchronized control signals for connected synthesizer modules. The Eurorack format allows the module to integrate directly into modular racks and patch-based workflows.
Key Features
- Analog Sequencer Architecture: Flexible analog sequencer design based on the classic SQ-10 sequencer concept
- Multiple Sequence Modes: Supports single 16-step sequences or dual 8-step sequencing configurations
- Dedicated CV Control Channel: Separate 8-step channel allows control of filter or amplifier parameters via CV
- Step Trigger Outputs: Individual trigger outputs allow resetting or shortening sequences during patching
- Portamento Controls: Each channel includes portamento control for smoothing transitions between steps
- Clock and Sync Integration: Trigger input allows synchronization with external clock sources
- MIDI Implementation: Supports MIDI channel control and transport synchronization
- Eurorack Compatible Design: Main module can be transferred into a standard Eurorack case
