Bose Professional DesignMax DM6PE is a pendant loudspeaker system designed for indoor and outdoor commercial audio installations. It enables background music playback and voice reproduction for system designers and integrators, supporting distributed audio workflows. This makes it ideal for open-ceiling environments where suspended mounting, weather resistance, and consistent coverage are critical.
The loudspeakers operate using a coaxial two-way transducer design with a passive crossover and Dispersion Alignment system. They support low-impedance operation as well as 70V and 100V distributed systems through selectable transformer taps. The recessed single-point suspension system allows pendant installation while keeping mounting hardware concealed.
The system supports applications that require compact pendant loudspeakers with controlled, even dispersion in exposed or outdoor environments. It is suited for hospitality, retail, worship, and commercial spaces where durability and predictable coverage are required. The design allows integration with other DesignMax loudspeakers and compatible Bose Professional electronics.
