The AtlasIED 193‑8‑6 is an economical but rugged square back‑box enclosure, purpose-built for 8″ loudspeaker installations in commercial and professional audio environments. Constructed from welded cold‑rolled steel (CRS) and finished in black enamel, it features under‑coating to suppress mechanical and acoustical resonances. This deep 6″ enclosure ensures improved installation flexibility and durability compared to shallower models.

The enclosure includes four compound conduit knockouts and slotted mounting holes designed for use with 180‑Series support rails—simplifying secure installation in suspended tile ceilings. Compatible with a wide variety of AtlasIED grilles, the 193‑8‑6 is a cost-effective solution for OEM spec, retrofit, or new‑build audio systems.
