MuxLab 500800 KVM HDMI Over IP PoE Extender 4K60 for Networked AV Systems
The MuxLab KVM HDMI over IP PoE Extender 4K60 allows HDMI and USB equipment to be connected up to 330ft (100m) over an Ethernet LAN. It supports HDMI up to 4K at 60Hz (4:4:4) over Cat5e or better cabling for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint configurations. This solution supports video wall creation of user configurable size (X by Y) depending on network bandwidth.
The transmitter terminates to a computer server or workstation via HDMI and USB, while the receiver terminates to an HDMI display and USB devices such as keyboard and mouse. A single receiver can be switched via hotkey sequences to any transmitter on the network. This enables a single operator to manage numerous servers or workstations in a distributed KVM application.
This extender is ideal for multi-server management in corporate, educational, and data center environments. It supports USB 2.0 devices, directional IR for remote control, and PoE powered operation. Centralized management is supported through compatible network controllers.
