The SH-2 Jazz Model is a classic-output neck humbucker from Seymour Duncan, handcrafted in Santa Barbara, CA. It delivers bright, clear tone ideal for neck-position leads, clean rhythm passages, or adding sparkle to darker guitars. Its versatile voice and vacuum wax potting ensure squeal-free performance across genres.
Featuring an Alnico 5 bar magnet, specially formulated coil wind, and a nickel silver bottom plate, the Jazz neck offers glassy treble response, tight bass, and scooped mids that cut through high gain. Hand-built with a 4-conductor shielded cable, it supports coil-splitting, phase switching, and series/parallel wiring for tonal flexibility.
