The Denon DNP-2000NE is a network audio streamer and HEOS-enabled component built for high-resolution music playback in dedicated listening systems and custom AV installations. It streams from Spotify, TIDAL, Pandora, SiriusXM, Amazon Prime Music, Deezer, TuneIn radio, and AirPlay 2, while also playing local files including MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC, ALAC, and WAV up to 24-bit/192kHz PCM and DSD natively. IP control support makes it at home in rack-based, professionally integrated environments that occupy 3U of rack space.
Connectivity is thorough: inputs include coaxial/optical digital, Ethernet, HDMI, and USB Type B, while outputs provide two coaxial/optical ports, an analogue output, and a variable output. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and Bluetooth complement the wired Ethernet port. Dynamic range measures 112dB for DSD and 118dB for PCM, and frequency response extends from 2Hz to 50kHz (-3dB) for DSD and 2Hz to 20kHz for PCM at 44.1kHz. Line output level is 2.2Vrms. Power consumption is under 38W in use and under 0.2W at standby, with network control mode drawing under 2W. The unit weighs 21.38 lbs (9.7kg).
