Audix ADX10FLP Cardioid Miniaturized Condenser Flute Microphone
The Audix ADX10FLP is a specialized miniaturized condenser microphone designed specifically for flute performance. Featuring a uniformly controlled cardioid polar pattern, it effectively isolates the flute sound from surrounding instruments and vocals on stage, ensuring clear and focused audio capture. The microphone delivers a smooth, natural sound with exceptional transient response across a wide frequency range of 50 Hz to 18 kHz.
This lightweight, low-profile mic is tailored for use with Audix wireless systems and includes a clip designed to attach securely to the headstock of a flute. It comes with an 8-foot shielded cable terminating in a mini-XLR female connector. Note that the ADX10FLP requires phantom power supplied by an adapter such as the Audix APS911.
Manufactured to precise tolerances, the ADX10FLP features a modular threaded capsule housed in a machined brass body with a matte black finish, combining durability with professional aesthetics. Optional accessories are available to customize the setup further.
