Introducing the KONDOR BLUE Fujifilm GFX100 II Cage: A Revolutionary New Design
The GFX100 II camera is a true milestone, equipped with a 102MP BSI CMOS 44x33mm medium format sensor. To create a fitting cage, we aimed to design something exceptional. Our focus was on speed, strength and a sleek appearance that matches the camera's aesthetic. This approach led to the creation of the Hatch System, a completely unique mounting solution that requires minimal bolts while providing an unshakable hold.
The Mid-Rail and eyelet inserts are the foundation of the system's stability and rigidity. The Bottom Plate transforms into a "hatch" that securely clasps around the camera's base. With only four bolts, the cage offers the highest strength-to-weight ratio available.
The Fujifilm GFX100 II cage is fully assembled and ready to install. Simply swing the Bottom Plate 180°, position the cage on the camera, slide in the eyelet connectors, and swing the Bottom Plate back into place. The Hatch system streamlines the installation process and speeds up cage removal times. Additionally, all bolts required to remove the cage are clearly marked with arrow engravings.
In addition to the Hatch System, the Fujifilm GFX100 II cage includes all of the KONDOR BLUE's signature pro features. These include a NATO rail on Side and Top Plates, a stainless steel ARRI-style rosette, ARRI-style anti-twist mounts (1/4 20 and 3/8 16), a removable HDMI/USB-C yoke, built-in tools for assembly, an angled cold shoe with safety stop, and a signature bubble level.
