The Kramer 3KAVE2RH is a dual-channel media blade for the HDb3000 chassis, encoding component (YPbPr) or VGA video plus analog and digital audio into MPEG‑2 streams for simultaneous RF and IP delivery. Ideal for scalable AV-over-IP headends in digital signage, hospitality, and broadcast environments.

This compact blade supports up to 1080p resolution, includes ZeeVee’s ZvShow storage channel (>4 GB), and closed‑captioning. It's hot-swappable, supports audio delay matching, and fits N+1 redundant chassis with front inlet and rear exhaust cooling.
