The LiftMaster CAPXMMC Smart Video Intercom-M is a cloud-managed video entry and access control system for multifamily buildings, gated communities, and controlled entrances. It combines a 7-inch HD touchscreen, integrated 1080p camera, resident video calling, and access management for up to two gates or doors through the myQ Community platform.

Designed for medium-scale community access applications, the CAPXMMC gives property managers one interface for resident management, entrance permissions, event monitoring, and configurable notifications. Residents can use the myQ Community app to visually identify visitors, communicate with guests, grant or deny entry, and unlock authorized entrances from compatible smartphones. A 135-degree camera viewing angle and night-vision capability help capture a broader view of the entrance in changing light conditions.

The system supports wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi network connections, two Wiegand reader inputs, and four relay outputs for integration with access-control hardware. Compatible LiftMaster UL 325 gate operators can also communicate wirelessly when supported by the appropriate operator generation and firmware. The CAPXMMC supports up to 50,000 local residents per unit and requires a myQ Community subscription for cloud-based system operation.
