The AtlasIED CR222 series features a range of ceiling-mount rack enclosures designed to securely house 4RU half-width rackmount equipment within standard 12-Inch by 24-Inch ceiling tile grids. Each model incorporates the AmbiTILT™ shelf for easy equipment loading and servicing, along with an integrated AC power pack providing five outlets for convenient power distribution. These enclosures are UL plenum rated, making them suitable for professional AV installations requiring compliance with commercial ceiling standards.
This product line includes four variations that differ primarily in mounting options and finish quality. The CR222 and CR222P models include a projector pole adapter for mounting on projector poles, offering specialized installation flexibility. In contrast, the CR222-NR and CR222P-NR models exclude the projector pole adapter and are intended for alternative mounting methods such as threaded rod or cable suspension with optional kits. Additionally, the CR222P and CR222P-NR feature a premium finish and enhanced build quality compared to the standard CR222 and CR222-NR models.
