Mitakon Speedmaster 17mm T1 M4/3 Lens
The ultra-fast T1 aperture and close min. focusing distance enables the lens to produce buttery smooth and refined bokeh rendering. 9-blade circular aperture mechanism contributes to a pleasing round bokeh when the lenses are used wide-open. Perfectly separating the subject from its background, the lenses enable a creation of a look unparalleled by conventional lenses. Focus breathing refers to the shifting of angle of view of a lens when changing the focus point. When looking through the viewfinder or watching the image on the screen, the image will turn out like expanding or contracting. This effect will be distracting and undesirable. The Mitakon T/1.0 series lenses are designed to suppress the degree of this effect to the minimal, allowing focus pull without changing compositions.
