Behringer TD-3 is an analog bass line synthesizer designed for music production, live performance, and electronic sound design. It enables users to generate bass and groove patterns using an internal sequencer and analog synthesis engine for pattern-based workflows. This makes it ideal for studio production environments and live electronic music setups where sequenced bass lines are critical.

The synthesizer operates using a true analog signal path built around VCO, VCF, and VCA circuitry. It features selectable sawtooth and square waveforms, a resonant low-pass filter, and an integrated distortion circuit. A built-in 16-step sequencer with multiple tracks allows users to program and store patterns directly on the instrument.

This design allows musicians and producers to create repeating bass sequences and rhythmic patterns without external sequencing equipment. MIDI and USB connectivity allow integration with computers and other MIDI hardware. Direct front-panel controls provide real-time access to synthesis and sequencing parameters during performance or production.
