The Cleerline SSF-PULLEYED Cable Pulling Kit protects pre-terminated duplex fiber and active optical cable connectors during installation. Its expandable mesh sleeve surrounds the connector head, while integrated aramid strength members transfer pulling force away from the cable termination for safer routing through walls, conduit, pipes, and ducts.

This reusable fiber pulling eye supports installers working with simplex fiber, duplex fiber, and compatible HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB active optical cables. The rotating metal clip attaches to a pull line and helps limit cable twisting through bends. It is especially useful for long cable runs and confined pathways where an uncovered connector may snag or sustain damage.

The assembly supports pulling loads up to 124 lb and measures 19.6 inches long. The pulling eye alone requires a conduit opening of at least 0.6 inches, while a typical active optical cable installation may require approximately 1 inch. Connector dimensions should be checked before installation because the cable head must fit completely inside the protective mesh sleeve.
