The Apex APEX320 is a rugged dual-impedance dynamic cardioid microphone built for vocals and instruments on stage and in the studio. Its moving-coil dynamic element and tight cardioid pattern focus on the sound source while rejecting off-axis noise and feedback, making it a dependable, great-sounding choice for live performance, rehearsal spaces, houses of worship, and project studios.
A built-in high/low impedance switch lets the APEX320 adapt to virtually any mixer, preamp, or interface input - run it low-Z into a balanced board over long cable runs, or switch to high-Z for older or consumer gear. The frequency response is voiced from 50 Hz to 15 kHz for clear, present vocals with a solid low end, and the capsule handles up to 130 dB SPL so it stays clean on loud sources.
Solidly constructed with an extremely rugged soldered grille and a one-piece cartridge design built for rigidity and reliability, the APEX320 is made to survive real-world use. It ships ready to play with an XLR-to-XLR cable and a mic clip included, so it's an easy, affordable addition to any mic locker.
