The AtlasIED 316‑15 delivers a heavy‑duty, professional-grade wall cabinet for AV, IT, or security installations that demand high rack capacity and structural integrity. Crafted from 16‑gauge cold‑rolled steel with a welded three-section design and finished in black epoxy, it features a 2″ solid front door, a 15″ deep center section with adjustable rails and guide‑plate support, plus a 4½″ rear door. Reinforced frame flanges, corner‑brace supports, and fully welded seams ensure resistance to sagging and deformation under heavy equipment loads.
Specifically tailored for demanding environments, this 16 RU cabinet includes EIA-standard adjustable front rails tapped 10‑32, internal open wire‑management raceways, and perforated side vents (top and bottom) for efficient cooling. The cabinet also provides 20 conduit knockouts on rear sections and flanges for streamlined cable routing, while the center section guide plate maintains door alignment and prevents sag under full load.
