The Porta Brace CBA-PMW350 Camera Body Armor CBA-PMW350 is a custom-fit jacket designed to snugly fit a Sony PMW-350K XDCAM EX HD camcorder with 16x zoom lens. It is manufactured using water-resistant āultra-suedeā microfiber, high-density foam, and a breathable tech-mesh interior.
The Camera Armor safeguards the camcorder from scratches, bumps, and hits as well as extreme weather conditions like precipitation, dust, and other harsh elements. The back end of the armor is adjustable, making it capable of accommodating batteries of various sizes and wireless microphone combinations. Additionally, there is a reversible rain/dust top that can be removed and stored inside its own pocket.
The top is white on one side for hot, dry, and sunny conditions, while the black side is useful for absorbing the sun's warmth under cold conditions. Attaching the camera body armor to the camera is simple, using touch fasteners and web cinchers.
