These ruggedized sealed connectors feature not only IP protection but also UV resistance approved according to UL50E. For safety reasons, connectors have to be protected from outside influences like dust, foreign objects, moisture, water and sunlight, particularly in harsh enviorments. Neutrik TOP connector series handles it all.
