OM System AS-2700 Transcription Kit with ODMS R8 Transcription Module

Is your transcription team still juggling emailed audio files and paper job lists? The AS-2700 kit is OM SYSTEM's on-premise answer: the ODMS R8 Transcription Module, a three-pedal USB foot switch and a lightweight E-103 headset, ready to turn a Windows PC into a professional transcription station.

ODMS R8 is a one-time license with no subscription fees. It plays DS2, DSS, WAV and MP3 files, including encrypted recordings, and organizes work with author ID, work type, priority flags, comments and unfinished/pending/finished status tracking. Automatic routing can move dictations between authors and transcriptionists through shared folders or email.

The RS27N foot switch supplied in US kits uses a 1.8 m USB cable and a non-slip base, and the E-103 headset weighs just 25 g with a 3 m cable for comfortable all-day use. The kit pairs with OM SYSTEM DS-9100, DS-2700 and RecMic recorders as well as earlier Olympus DS models.
