This rugged metal adapter converts a camera‑side V‑Mount plate into a Gold Mount battery interface, allowing compatibility with Gold‑mount battery systems. Designed in collaboration with Anton Bauer, it features a secure aluminum build and includes three accessory D‑Tap power outputs.
Instead of bulky physical fuses, this version uses a digital, processor‑controlled amp limiter. If accessory draw exceeds the safe current, only those outputs are cut—while the camera remains powered. Once the load is reduced, simply press the reset button to restore accessory power.
