Designed in collaboration between Slash and Seymour Duncan, the APH-2B Slash TB Black Trembucker bridge pickup captures the ferocious tone heard on classic Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, and Slash solo records, delivering the sustain, crunch, and midrange character that defined his original Derrig Les Paul.

To recreate that sound in modern instruments, Seymour Duncan developed a unique magnet wire and winding recipe paired with a carefully voiced magnet to push a stock Les Paul towards that familiar, singing lead tone. Hand built in Santa Barbara using vintage-inspired materials and construction techniques, this Slash Signature Model humbucker is produced the same way as the originals from the ’80s, ensuring consistent performance from stage to studio.

The APH-2B Slash Trembucker adds modern spacing so the pole pieces line up correctly on guitars with locking tremolo systems and contemporary vibrato bridges. It is the same production pickup installed by Slash’s tech in his touring guitars, giving players access to the exact bridge pickup trusted on the road for powerful, reliable rock tones.
