AtlasIED M1000R Series 8-Inch Round Sound Masking Speaker
The AtlasIED M1000R (black) and M1000R-W (white) are 8″ dual-cone sound masking speakers purpose-built for open ceiling designs in commercial spaces. Each unit features a 70.7V line matching transformer with power taps at 0.25 to 4 watts, allowing for tailored output levels in distributed masking systems. The round shape and plenum-rated enclosure ensure both visual integration and code compliance in overhead environments.
The speaker includes a preassembled 8″ transducer, a low-loss transformer, and a 382 in³ (6.26 L) enclosure. Installation is quick thanks to the included 78″ (2 m) suspension chain system and built-in strain relief. The M1000R/W requires a 70.7V amplifier and sound masking generator (not included) to operate.
