The Turtle AV Chazy 4K USB-C TX is a high-performance AV over IP encoder that delivers UHD 4K60 video with 4:4:4 HDR directly from USB-C or HDMI sources. Designed for professional AV systems, conferencing, digital signage, and media distribution, it integrates seamlessly with Dante AV-A and JPEG 2000 protocols for low-latency, high-fidelity video and audio transport. The included Dante AV-A license (with 2×2 Dante audio) means no extra license is needed to deploy.
This encoder supports dual input options: USB-C for laptops/tablets and HDMI 2.0b for standard video sources, giving installation flexibility across many use cases. It supports advanced features such as 7.1-channel Dolby Atmos audio, KVM support, hardware scaling, EDID management, HDCP 2.2 compliance, multicast and video-wall configurations (up to 9×9), and dual network ports for separate AV and control streams. Power is supplied by PoE or optional 12 V DC, simplifying installation in racks or mounted setups.
