The Turtle AV Darwin HD H.265 RX is a professional-grade AV-over-IP receiver designed to deliver high-quality 1080p60 4:4:4 video over standard Gigabit Ethernet networks. Using efficient H.265 hardware decoding, it ensures sharp, true-to-source color and minimal latency — perfect for video distribution, signage systems, and multi-display setups. The RX works seamlessly with Darwin HD TX transmitters or existing AV-over-IP infrastructures for reliable point-to-point or multicast video delivery.
This receiver outputs HDMI video and provides analog L/R audio breakout via Phoenix connectors for flexible audio integration. With support for one-to-one or one-to-many (unicast or multicast) streaming, HDCP 1.4 compliance, and advanced EDID management (including scaling), the Darwin HD RX is suitable for a wide variety of installation scenarios. Additionally, it supports video wall configurations up to 9×9 displays, enabling large-scale deployments in corporate, broadcast, or signage environments.
Built in a rugged metal enclosure with “Turtle Aqua” finish, the Darwin HD RX offers both PoE and DC power input, streamlining installation and reducing cabling complexity. With a 5-year warranty and TAA compliance, it is engineered for long-term professional and commercial use.
