The MSolutions MS-DPA-P USB-C DP Alt Mode extender carries 4K video and USB data up to 328 feet over one CAT6A cable. It supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode video up to 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 at 18 Gbps, while the host unit provides up to 60W of laptop charging power.

Designed for conference rooms, classrooms, workstations, and professional AV systems, the MS-DPA-P separates video and peripheral connectivity at the remote device location. A dedicated HDMI output connects a display, while a separate USB-C port handles data. This arrangement simplifies long-distance USB-C presentation systems without requiring drivers or additional applications.

The extender supports two-lane and four-lane DisplayPort Alt Mode configurations and works with compatible Mac and Windows devices. Bidirectional RS-232 enables serial control integration, while bidirectional 24V Power over Cable allows flexible power-supply placement. Micro-USB service connections support product updates, cloud control, and system monitoring.
