The Turtle AV USB 3.2 5Gbps 100 Metre Extender Kit enables high-speed USB 3.2 connectivity over long distances — up to 100 metres / 328 feet using a single CAT6a / CAT6 / CAT7 cable. This makes it ideal for professional AV setups, conference rooms, studio gear, cameras, storage devices, or any application where USB devices need to be located far from the host computer.
This extender kit supports full USB 3.2 Gen1 data rates up to 5 Gbps, with backward compatibility for USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It includes both a host (transmitter) unit and a device (receiver) unit in rugged metal enclosures, facilitating reliable plug-and-play operation without drivers. Both units support power-over-cable (PoC), meaning only one power supply is needed — powering either end also powers the other automatically over the CAT cable.
With multiple USB A and USB C ports, RS-232 and GPIO passthrough for control/sync, low latency performance, and a compact design suitable for racks or concealed installation, this extender kit provides a robust solution for long-distance USB connectivity in demanding professional AV environments.
