Extending a BNC run by joining two cables end to end takes nothing more than this jack-to-jack barrel. Both ends are BNC jacks (female), so it joins two BNC male cable ends in line.

The APP24 comes from the Remote Audio Set Link range of individual adapters, the same connector family found in the Adapt-a-Pak kits, so a missing or damaged piece can be replaced on its own. It is a simple passive adapter for sound carts, camera bags, and video village.
