RODE PodMic USB is a broadcast-quality dynamic microphone with USB-C and XLR outputs, designed for podcasting, streaming, voiceover, and content creation. It delivers rich, natural vocal sound and is available in Black or White to suit any studio setup.
The PodMic USB supports plug-and-play recording via USB-C with computers, tablets, and smartphones (adapters may be required for Lightning devices). It can also be connected via XLR to audio interfaces and mixers, including the RØDECaster series.
The microphone features RØDE’s ultra-low-noise Revolution Preamp™ and built-in APHEX® digital signal processing, including compressor, EQ, high-pass filter, Aural Exciter, and Big Bottom effects. These settings are stored directly on the microphone for use without software.
A built-in 3.5mm headphone output provides zero-latency monitoring with onboard volume control, allowing precise audio monitoring during recording or streaming.
