The Seymour Duncan Slash 2.0 neck humbucker is designed to deliver the searing, singing lead tones and rich rhythm sound heard on Slash’s legendary work with Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, and his solo projects. Based on his original APH-2 signature pickups, this updated Slash 2.0 neck model uses a hotter wind to push your amp harder while maintaining the same clarity, responsiveness, and musical character that made the originals a modern classic.
Hand built in Santa Barbara, California, the Slash 2.0 uses a rough cast Alnico 2 magnet and carefully voiced coils to create a powerful yet expressive neck pickup with smooth highs, warm lows, and harmonically rich sustain. Modern updates such as Short Ear (SE) mounting legs and a 4-conductor cable provide flexible installation and wiring options, all wrapped in a raw nickel cover that matches Slash’s signature aesthetic.
