This mounting kit provides a robust articulating solution for attaching and positioning Preston MDR3 or MDR4 control units. It features 25 mm (1-inch) ball joints that allow flexible, three‑plane movement and precise orientation across your workflow setup.
One end includes a mounting bracket tailored for Preston units, while the other features a tool‑less 3/8‑16 knob with non‑slip rubber pads for secure, tool‑free adjustments. Two locating pins are included to convert the arm into a compatible ARRI accessory mount.
The Ultra Arm v2 boasts interchangeable components, enabling compatibility with 1/4‑20, 3/8‑16, NATO Clamp, Hot Shoe, and Super Clamp options. It also works seamlessly with many third‑party 25 mm ball systems for expanded versatility.
