Ace Backstage Co. 1028BBX Extended Depth Back Box for Full Pocket
ACE Extra Deep Back Boxes (#1028BBX and #1048BBX) are slightly deeper (8”) as compared with Standard #BBX Series Back Boxes (6”) and may be used exclusively with ACE Full and Double Wide Stage Pockets. The #1028BBX and #1048BBX Extra Deep Back Boxes are welded 14 gauge steel with a protective cover that is discarded when the pocket body is finally installed. The box and cover have a clear zinc corrosion resistant finish. A 1/2” mounting flange is predrilled to mate with the pocket body flange. The pocket body assembly is 4.5” deep and the extra deep back box is 8” deep providing a 3.5” work clearance in the bottom of the back box (ideal for feed thru or distribution junction).
