The AtlasIED DA-PM8GD-B is a powerful 8-Inch indoor pendent mount IP PoE amplified loudspeaker designed for professional audio installations. Leveraging Audinate’s Dante digital audio transport platform, this speaker delivers exceptional sound quality with an efficient 8-Inch low-frequency transducer and a sensitivity of 96dB SPL average, capable of reaching a maximum output of 109dB. Its onboard DSP and user-configurable amplifier modes provide flexibility in tuning and system integration.
Featuring both single and dual channel amplifier modes, the DA-PM8GD-B supports IEEE 802.3at PoE+ switches with power ratings up to 15 watts RMS, enabling robust performance while maintaining network-friendly power consumption. Installation is simplified with included mounting options suitable for pole or suspension cable setups. The innovative top cover design discreetly conceals Ethernet cable terminations and suspension anchor points, while a 3-meter cable kit with self-gripping ferrule facilitates easy mounting on open beam ceilings.
