Designed for convenient mobile operation, the EUROPORT HPA40 features a built-in rechargeable 12 VDC battery that provides up to 8 hours of operation on a full charge. This allows the system to be used in locations where AC power may not be readily available. An ergonomically designed carrying handle and dedicated shoulder-strap compartment further enhance portability, while straightforward controls including a power switch, volume control, and battery-charge indicator LEDs make the system easy to operate for users who need dependable sound without complicated configuration.

The Behringer HPA40 provides flexible connectivity for both voice and external audio sources. A 1/4" unbalanced microphone input accommodates the included Behringer XM1800S dynamic microphone, while a 1/8" stereo auxiliary input lets you connect compatible smartphones and other line-level audio devices. The included XM1800S features a hypercardioid pickup pattern and connects through a convenient 3' spiral cable, providing a complete wired voice-amplification solution right out of the box.

For additional flexibility, the HPA40 is ready for use with compatible Behringer ULM digital wireless microphones through its USB wireless interface. The USB socket can receive signals from up to two independent compatible Behringer ULM microphones when used with the appropriate USB dongle, which is sold separately. Whether it is being used for guided tours, instruction, presentations, coaching, or portable public-address applications, the EUROPORT HPA40 combines rechargeable operation, compact dimensions, straightforward connectivity, and an included microphone in a highly portable package.
